Our Team

Michael L. Anderson

Michael Anderson, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), has been helping individuals and businesses in the Bay Area for over 30 years. Michael specializes in tax planning, business assessment, cash flow management, and management advisory services.

In addition to his CPA license, Michael earned his M.B.A. in Finance and International Management from Golden Gate University. His B.A. in Business Administration is from Western Michigan University. He also has California State Life and Health Insurance Licenses. This formal training combined with decades of experience allows Michael to provide a full range of accounting, consulting, and management services for his clients.

When not at work, Michael enjoys playing golf, watching the San Francisco Giants, and spending time with his family.

Phillip Anderson

Phillip Anderson is a certified public accountant (CPA) with the responsibility of managing personnel and client assignments for our San Francisco office location. A CPA since 1993, he has extensive experience in auditing, accounting and taxation. Phil has expertise in both cash and accrual accounting systems and in the preparation of full disclosure financial statements for non-profit and profit oriented organizations. His experience in this area includes auditing the financial statements of large, mid-size, and small business entities. Phil’s tax experience includes the preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns and the examination of those returns by the IRS and state taxing authorities. Phil holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University in Hayward. Prior to joining us in 2012, Phil managed his own CPA firm in Chico for five years after more than 20 years of auditing experience for other accounting firms. In his spare time he enjoys golfing.

Jayne White

Jayne White joined the Anderson, Folkoff & Company staff as Office Manager in 2004. Jayne is a California Notary Public and is licensed by the California Department of Insurance. Her responsibilities include the company's payroll, billing, and human resources. Operating behind the scenes, she makes a major contribution to serving our clients’ needs and contributes to the success of our firm. A longtime resident of Sonoma County, Jayne enjoys time with her family, reading, and traveling. 

Rori Iraci

Rori Iraci joined our firm in 2009 after receiving her B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Sonoma State University in 2008. Prior to joining our company, Rori worked for more than five years for several local small businesses as an office manager. Having firsthand knowledge of the accounting challenges that face small business owners and bookkeepers, Rori knows the tools they need to successfully manage their accounting systems for both financial and tax purposes. She enjoys helping business owners clean up their financial accounting records. In addition to having great people skills, Rori has extensive knowledge in the areas of payroll, human resources, financial accounting, taxation, and incorporation. A Sonoma County resident her entire life, Rori enjoys traveling, spending time with her dogs, and enjoying the outdoors.

Amber Bulleri

Amber Bulleri joined our administration team in 2012. Amber graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in Anthropology, focusing on Physical and Cultural Anthropology. Her background in the later field provides her with tools and knowledge she applies to her interactions with clients. In her free time Amber likes to spend time at the beach, ideally with her pets in tow. Waiting to greet you with a warm smile, Amber is the first face you see when you walk into the office.
